37th Annual Church Bazaar Saturday, November 18th from 3-8 p.m. Everyone Is Invited!!! The Bazaar Needs You!!
This is our HUGE Hope family fundraiser/fellowship time, and we are inviting everyone to join in the fun whether it is to clean, work, donate a craft (or two) or baked goods! MARK YOUR CALENDARS and sign up to help make Hope Church Bazaar memories and share togetherness-it just doesn’t get any better. Won’t you PLEASE join us?
We would like to ask EACH family to provide two labeled pies, and one 9 X 13 salad (please do not donate a lettuce salad), crafts and or baked goods for the Crafts/Baked Goods Room. Please label all your dishes. All ages are needed to help make the Bazaar a success. We also need turkey and potato cookers. Sign up sheets for committees, turkey and potato cookers are in the East Hallway. It is so important that you sign up before the day of the Bazaar so we know there is someone to fill every job!!
Craft/Homemade Goods Please remember to price your items. We ask you to price the items because only you know how much time and money it costs to make your item. You may bring those items the week of the bazaar and leave them in the East Room. Thanks!!

ALL HANDS ARE NEEDED TO HELP MAKE THIS 37TH ANNUAL EVENT A SUCCESS
Thanks to Abby Sorensen and Lindsey Davis for volunteering to serve as Co-Chairs for the 2017 Annual Bazaar!
Thank you for all your support, hard work, and always friendly demeanor in support of the church bazaar. It is an amazing event to behold, so many people working tirelessly without complaint to raise funds for the church and its activities. We would like to extend a special thank you to each of the coordinators whose organizational skills and preparations made the task of chairing the bazaar much easier. It was an honor for us to serve as your chairs for the bazaar.
With Christian love and respect, Bud & Barb Coker Fritz & Jennifer Hegeman
